Every step of its manufacturing process is governed by a Quality Management System, underpinned by a fully integrated shop management and accounting system.
At Wadham Bros, Computerised Numerical Control (CNC) machining is utilised to provide a more precise and efficient service. Well-trained operators and programmers within our machine shop use their knowledge of the working properties of non-ferrous metals and their skill with CNC programming to design and carry out the operations needed to make machined products that meet precise specifications.
All cast products are tested for compliance to soundness and dimensional requirements prior to delivery . In addition Wadham Brothers Pty Ltd has a Certified Quality System that complies with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
